Knowledge is Power:
Take control of your utility costs. The California Home Energy Rating System (HERS) Program provides a reliable way to estimate and compare the energy efficiency of California homes and identify wise energy saving improvements. A HERS energy audit can help homeowners choose smart energy upgrades and investments that will save energy costs, improve home comfort, increase home values, and protect the environment. “During the drought and in this tough financial climate, saving water and money were primary motivators for having artificial turf installed under the mPOWER program. We also love coming home every day to a perfectly green, mowed, and edged lawn in our front and back yards. Our dogs appreciate the cool and dry surface of the grass too. Yipee! No mud, no mowing, no dry or yellow patches.”
